Business Analyst & Service Manager (m/f/d)

(Workday HCM)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the HCM System including support developments, define and manage IT services to support business
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, management of changes as well as ensuring the operability of the service single point of contact within IT organization
  • Manage IT project resources according to project needs
  • Align scope and priorities with all relevant stakeholders at local, regional and on group level IT side and inform user community about roadmaps as well as ongoing changes to the system
  • Service Management including documentation, license coverage, service delivery, implementation of projects, coordination of outsourced activities with service and technology providers
  • Business analysis, driving innovation, harmonization and standardization within the are of HCM, organize and supervise the project IT team

Requirements

  • Advanced IT related education, ITIL foundation appreciated
  • Profound HCM knowledge over Workday & SAP platforms
  • Knowledge of different areas within HCM Workday platform like Core, Absence, Comp & Ben, Onboarding and Career Development
  • Excellent communication skills in English, German of advantage
  • Demonstrable experience within project management tools, templates and processes
  • Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks and ability to deal with variable workload
  • Demonstrable leadership skills within a global matrix organization and ability to lead global, multicultural and multifunctional teams
