Our client is an Austrian based leading player in development and manufactoring of precast concrete safety barriers. Due to the growth course the following position will be filled at the company headquarters in Lower Austria:

International Key Account Manager (w/m/d)

Support of precast concrete factories

Aufgaben

  • Manage and grow relationships with the international sales and licence partners (precast concrete factories as well as road equipment companies), acting as the primary point of contact
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Implementation of technical and organisational trainings both on site at partners abroad
  • Management of projects (planning consultancy, quotation and coordination of supply)
  • Beyond that contact to authorities, traffic planning officers in Europe and or overseas
  • Preparation of project related technical documents and presentations in close cooperation with technical department

Anforderungen

  • Successfully completed technical training (HTL, university), e.g. in the fields of civil engineering, road construction, mechanical engineering, chemistry
  • At least five years of experience in international field sales in a technical environment, ideally in two-level distributions
  • Proven track record of managing clients and partners by providing technical support
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required (20%)
