Global Process Engineer Mixing (m/f)

  • Responsible for worldwide investments projects with the focus to get adequate tools and to run standard processes within the mixing facilities
  • Establishes Best Practice Standards for equipment, tooling and processes and leads the deployment of all mixing sites
  • Ensures that new and current processes are in line with Best Practice Standards
  • Works closely with manufacturing facilities to reduce cost, improve quality and achieve advancements in both process and product technology
  • Represents and discusses the specific needs with outside machinery suppliers, plant engineering and maintenance
  • Supports new business and product or process changes to existing production programs
  • Monitoring of KPP, target agreements and define action plans to ensure process stability in the plants


  • Advanced degree in chemical engineering, industrial engineering or a technical discipline
  • Must have at least 5 years prior experience with mixing processes
  • Multiple years of experience in international manufacturing or operations environment
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Influences and negotiates with great latitude on outcomes
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional written and presentation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • A driver's license, willingness and ability to travel (travel will appr. 50%)
